Chicken and Veggie Pasta Recipe # 2

Ingredients

For marination

  • Chicken boneless 400 grams
  • Soy sauce 2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

For Macaroni Sauce

  • Ketchup 5 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp [or more as per your taste]
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • White pepper powder 3/4 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste

Other Ingredients

  • Macaroni 1 packet of 400 gms
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Red capsicum 1/2, cut into small chunks
  • Green capsicum 1/2, cut into small chunks
  • Corn 1/2 cup, boiled
  • Peas 1/2 cup, boiled
  • Spring onion for the garnish

 

Preparation

  1. Boil macaroni according to package instructions. Add some oil and salt while boiling. When done, drain and keep aside.
  2. Cut chicken into very small chunks, almost same size as the macaroni. Marinate with soy sauce and black pepper powder. Mix and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Cut the veggies into same sized chunks.
  4. In a wok, add oil and ginger and garlic paste. Sauté until aromatic.
  5. Next, add chicken and stir fry on high heat until the chicken is cooked.
  6. Add veggies and stir fry on high heat for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Add the macaroni sauces and stir.
  8. Add boiled macaroni, adjust the salt and spice and cover and cook on low flame (dum) for 5-10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot! Enjoy!
