Remove the seeds from the dates and soak in room temperature water for 20 minutes.
Toast the almonds on a low flame (without oil) until well toasted and fragrant.
Chop the almonds in a chopper coarsely.
Take out 2 tbsp of chopped almonds for decoration and keep aside for later use.
Remove dates from water and squeeze the dates to remove all the water.
Chop in a chopper until smooth paste is formed.
Add chopped almonds to the dates and mix.
Shape into 2-3 inch bars.
Put in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt milk chocolate and dark chocolate.
Take out the date bars and coat with milk chocolate.
Refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
Put dark chocolate in a piping bag.
Take out the bars and decorate with dark chocolate and wait until it sets.
Now apply some milk chocolate on both sides and coat with almonds that we had saved for decoration.
Allow the chocolate to set.
Enjoy!
