Crispy and spicy baked potato wedges

Ingredients
Potatoes 2 large
Olive oil 1/4 cup
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder a pinch
Garlic powder 1 tablespoon
Dried oregano 1 tablespoon
Paprika powder 1 tablespoon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Take 2 big potatoes and wash them with a brush to remove the dirt.
Do not peel them as these "crispy baked potato wedges taste delicious with the skin on.
Mix all the spices and olive oil in a bowl.
Cut the potatoes in half and slice into wedges.
Add the spices and olive oil to the wedges and mix using hands to coat the wedges evenly.
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 200°C until crispy from the outside and soft from the inside.
Serve hot with tea as a tea time snack.
Enjoy with ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard paste.
