Ingredients
Pizza Dough
All-purpose flour 1.5 cup
Instant Yeast 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Luke warm water 3/4 cup
Topping
Chicken 1/2 cup
finely chopped
Onion 1/2
sliced
Green bell pepper 1/2
sliced
Red bell pepper 1/2
sliced
Salt to taste
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder to taste
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Other
Cream cheese spread
Pizza sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Oregano
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients of dough and knead with luke warm water. Kneed for 6-7 minutes until smooth. The sough should be soft and smooth.
Shape into a ball and apply oil all over.
Cover and allow to proof until doubled in size.
After the dough has doubled, deflate it and roll into ½ cm thick roti.
Preheat the oven at 220°C.
Place a plate over it and cut the exterior diagonally into 1 cm thick strips as shown in the video.
Now using a piping bag, make a ring of the cream cheese spread and fold the strips over the ring in a cross shape.
Now apply pizza sauce in the middle and top with the chicken topping and mozzarella cheese and oregano.
Apply oil with a brush on the strips.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 220°C in a preheated oven.
