Pulled Out Chicken Subs

Ingredients
Chicken Boneless 1/2 kg
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili powder 1/4 teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 heaped teaspoon
Onion powder 1 heaped teaspoon
Mustard paste 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce 3-4 tablespoons
or to taste
Vinegar 4 teaspoon
Ketchup 1/4 cup
Hotdog buns
Ketchup for buns
Cheese slices
Instructions
Cut chicken into big chunks and transfer to pot.
Mix all the ingredients and add to the chicken.
Add enough water to cover the chicken pieces.
Cook until the chicken is tender and 50% of the liquid still remains in the chicken
Shred the chicken.
Apply ketchup on the buns and top with shredded chicken.
Put cheese slices on top.
Put the subs in oven at 180*C for 10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
