Almond Tea Cake

Ingredients
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Milk 1/4 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Chopped almonds 2 tbsp
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (using upper and lower rods).
Grease a 6 inch bread mould with oil and place a butter paper in it.
Mix oil, sugar, yogurt, milk and vanilla essence really well with a hand whisk.
Sift flour and baking powder, baking soda into the mixture and mix. The batter will be thick.
Fold in chopped almonds.
Add the batter to the mould and bake at 180°C (using upper and lower rods) for 30-40 minutes or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the mould to room temperature.
Take out and cut into slices.
Serve with tea. Enjoy!
