Oyster Sauce Fried Rice

Ingredients
Boiled rice 3 cups
Oil 3 tbsp
Spring onions chopped 1/2 cup
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Onion 1
chopped
Green bell pepper 1
finely chopped
Carrots 2
finely chopped
Blanched spinach or peas 1/2 cup
Oyster sauce 3 tbsp
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Chili sauce as needed

Instructions
Heat oil in a wok and add garlic and spring onions.
Sauté until fragrant.
Add chopped onion and fry until translucent.
Add carrot and bell peppers on high flame and sauté until vibrant in colour.
Now add rice, oyster sauce and soy sauce and chili sauce.
Mix well on high flame and add blanched spinach and mix.
Serve immediately.
