Beetroots 2 mediumsteamed and cut into thick pieces
Instructions
In a blender, add chickpeas, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic cloves and salt.
Start the blender and keep adding 1-2 tbsp water and blend until the hummus is thick and creamy. How is water you add depends on which consistency you prefer for the hummus.
Lastly, keeping the blender on, add beetroot pieces one by one until you get the desired color.
Beetroot Hummus is ready!
Enjoy with Pita bread or spread it as topping on a chicken and rice casserole.
