Knead the dough using all the ingredients mentioned under dough.
Allow to rise until double in size.
In a pan, add oil, onion. Cook until soft.
Add ginger and garlic paste and chicken pieces. Cook for a few minutes and add salt, black pepper, paprika powder, oregano and green and red bell peppers. Saute for a few minutes.
Lastly add soy sauce and chili sauce and cook until there is no more moisture in the stuffing.
Stuffing is ready! Allow to cool to room temperature and then add mozzarella cheese and mix.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Take the dough, deflate it and divide the dough into 8 parts.
Fill each part with the stuffing and shape into a ball and arrange on a greased baking pan.
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake at 200°C for 10-12 minutes or until golden on the top.
