Crunchy Masala Fries

Ingredients
Potatoes peeled and cut into fries shape 2-3
Ready to use Pakora mix 3-4 tablespoons, which contains
Gram
flour 3 cups
Corn flour 6 tablespoons
Yellow food color 1 pinch
Salt 3 teaspoons
Red chili powder 1.5 teaspoons or more to taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder 1 teaspoons
Coriander powder 3 teaspoons
Cumin powder 2 teaspoons
Carom seeds – Ajwan – 1/2 teaspoons
Red chili flakes 1 teaspoon
Baking powder 1/2 tablespoon
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
crushed
Coriander Seeds 3 teaspoons
crushed
Oil for Frying
Instructions
Peel and cut the potatoes.
Coat with the pakora mix, dust off the excess.
Deep fry until golden and crunchy.
Serve immediately.
