Mango Lime Rice

Ingredients
Boiled Rice 3 cups
Mango
should not be too soft 1 big, chopped
Red bell pepper 1
chopped
Green bell pepper 1
chopped
Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tsp
Lime juice 3-4 tbsp
Instructions
In a pot, heat oil and saute garlic until a bit browned.
Add red and green bell pepper and stir fry at high heat until vibrant in color (1-2 minutes).
Add rice, salt and black pepper and stir fry until all mixed.
Lastly, add chopped mango and lime juice. Stir and turn the flame off.
Mango lime rice is ready to be served with Asian glazed chicken thighs.
