Quick Khimchi

Ingredients
Chinese cabbage 1 small head
Rice Flour 1 tsp
Paprika powder 2 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tsp
White vinegar 2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp
Water 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice 2 tsp
Instructions
Wash the Chinese cabbage and drain the water completely.
Chop the into 2 inch squares and keep aside
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients mentioned above and make a paste
Add water and mix
Now add this liquid mixture to a wok and cook on slow heat until the water dries out completely.
Turn off the flame and add cabbage pieces and stir.
Serve warm or cold as per your liking.
