Teriyaki Marinade

Ingredients
Chicken 500 grams
Soy sauce 1/4 cup
Vinegar 1/4 cup
Chili flakes 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Corn flour 1.5 tbsp
Water 1/2 cup
add just before cooking
Instructions
Marinate the meat in the above ingredients. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
Next day you can grill, bake or cook the meat.
