White Sauce Rainbow Pizza on Tawa

Ingredients
Ingredients for 2 large pizzas
Chicken Topping
Chicken 1 breast
cut into small chunks
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
Creamy White Sauce
Butter 3 tbsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Plain flour 3 tbsp
plz use measuring spoons only
Milk 1 + 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
Dough
Plain flour 2 cups
Baking powder 3 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Other
Green bell pepper 2 tbsp
chopped
Red bell pepper 2 tbsp
chopped
Mozzarella cheese as needed
Oregano 1/4 tsp
Instructions
Chicken Topping: In a saucepan, heat oil and add chicken pieces along with salt and pepper. Cook and take the pieces out in a bowl. Keep aside.
Creamy Pizza Sauce: In the same pan, add butter and garlic. Sauté until aromatic.
Now add plain flour, cook on lowest flame until flour is cooked but not browned.
Add milk, salt and pepper and cook, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens. Set aside.
Dough: Mix plain flour, salt and baking powder. Add yogurt and knead into soft dough.
NOTE: Dough should be soft and a little sticky.
Apply oil on the tawa and place it on stove to heat up.
Flame should be low but not extremely low.
Dust the surface with a little bit of maida and roll the dough into a pizza. Thickness should be double than regular chapati.
Place it on the tawa and cook for 3-4 minutes or until you see bubbles on top of the dough and the base is a little bit browned.
Now turn the pizza dough upside down.
Turn the flame as low as possible.
Apply creamy white pizza sauce. Top with chicken pieces, mozzarella cheese, bell peppers and oregano.
Cover and cook on extremely low flame until the cheese is melted.
Yummy and quick tawa pizza is ready!
