Zaatar Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Boneless 1 kg
Zaatar 1/2 cup
Olive Oil 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
Garlic cloves 8
sliced
Potatoes 2
cubed
Instructions
Place chicken breast in a baking casserole.
In a bowl, add zaatar, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper powder and mix.
Add to the chicken and coat well.
Add some slivered garlic cloves and mix.
Cover and allow to marinate for 30 minutes to an hour.
Preheat the oven to 230°C.
Add potatoes to the chicken and coat with the zaatar marinade.
Bake at 230°C for 40-50 minutes or until the chicken and potatoes are well cooked.
Take out and cut the chicken breast
Serve hot with “khubz” with “toum” and “salata haar”.
