Arabian Kebabs

Ingredients
Kebabs
Beef/mutton mince 400 grams
Onion 1 big
finely chopped
Fresh coriander finely chopped 1 cup
Green chilies 2-3
finely chopped
Garlic 1 tbsp
grated
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili to taste
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 3/4 tsp
Other
Oil for shallow frying
Onions
green chilies, tomatoes
Khubz/Roti
Fresh lemon
Instructions
Mix everything under “kebabs” and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Next, shape into kebabs and shallow fry until done.
Squeeze lemon juice on top
Serve with grilled Onions, green chilies, tomatoes grilled on a flat pan using 1-2 tbsp oil.
