Tuna Creamy Pasta Salad

Ingredients
Pasta
Uncooked pasta 1 packet
400 grams
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Dressing
Yogurt 1 cup
Fresh cream 1 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
Dried parsley 3 tsp
Fresh parsley: 6 tsp
Other
Chopped onion 1 tbsp
Chopped bell pepper
any color 2 tbsp
Cherry tomatoes 7-8
halved (or use 1 big tomato, chopped)
Fresh coriander 1 tbsp
Cucumber 1 big
chopped
Instructions
Boil pasta with oil and salt until fully cooked.
Drain and run tap water over it to stop the cooking process.
Allow to drain the pasta.
Meanwhile, let’s prepare the dressing. Add yogurt, fresh cream, salt, pepper and dried parsley to a bowl. Mix well until lump free.
Transfer the pasta to a mixing bowl and add the dressing over it. Mix well.
Add chopped veggies and stir to combine.
Enjoy warm or cold!`
