1-minute Mug Pizza

Ingredients

Crust

  • Bread slice 1
  • Butter 1 tsp

Topping

  • Pizza sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped bell pepper 1 tsp
  • Corn 1 tsp
  • Sliced green olives 1 tsp
  • Sliced black olives 1 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 1-2 tbsp
  • Dried oregano, a pinch
  • Chili flakes/jalapenos/chili sauce to taste

Preparation

  1. Chop the bread slice into small cubes.
  2. Add to a frying pan alongwith butter.
  3. Fry on low flame until the bread is golden.
  4. Transfer to a mug.
  5. Top with pizza sauce.
  6. Next, top with onion, bell pepper, corn, green olives, black olives and lastly, mozzarella cheese.
  7. Sprinkle some chili flakes and oregano over the cheese.
  8. Heat in a microwave for 1 minute or until the cheese melts.
  9. Enjoy!
