Air Fryer Chicken Tenders (No Coating) + Tortilla Wrap Recipe

Ingredients

  • Chicken boneless 1 kg, cut into strips
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Dried oregano 1.5 tbsp
  • Dried parsley 1.5 tbsp
  • Garlic powder 1.5 tbsp
  • Paprika powder 1.5 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Preparation

  1. Cut chicken into strips.
  2. To the strips add salt, black pepper, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, paprika powder, lemon juice and oil. Mix well.
  3. Place the strips in air fryer and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  4. Change the sides of the strips and bake again at 180°C for 6 more minutes.
  5. Serve immediately with ketchup or make tortilla wraps.
  6. Enjoy!

Tortilla Wraps

  • Tortillas 6-8
  • Mint leaves
  • Bell peppers, thin strips
  • Cucumbers sliced
  • Tomatoes sliced
  • Avocado sliced
  • Air fried chicken tenders
  • Tabasco sauce/chili sauce

Tortilla wrap sauce

  • Ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Chili/tabasco sauce as needed
