Banana Oats Brownies

Ingredients

  • Over-ripe Bananas 2, mashed
  • Eggs 2 large
  • Granulated sugar 1/3 cup
  • Rolled oats 1 cup (you can also use instant oats)
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Cocoa powder 1/4 cup

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C using upper and lower rod.
  2. Mash the bananas using potato masher or a fork.
  3. Add eggs, sugar, oats, milk, salt, baking powder and baking soda, vanilla essence and cocoa powder.
  4. Mix well and transfer to a square 9×9 inch baking pan.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes using upper and lower rod.
  6. Enjoy!
