Cabbage Pakora – Crispiest Pakora Ever!

Ingredients

  • Small Cabbage 1/4, thinly sliced
  • Onion 1 big, thinly sliced
  • Green chilies, 1-2 sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 3/4 tbsp
  • Chat masala 1 tbsp
  • Gram flour (Besan) 1 to 1/5 cup
  • Water as needed
  • Oil for frying

Preparation

  1. Mix everything and add water as needed to make a thick batter
  2. Heat oil in a wok and add dollops of pakora batter in hot oil.
  3. Fry until golden.
  4. Serve with mint raita.
  5. Enjoy!
