Chicken Tikka Boti Kebab

ingredients

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Water 1 L
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Salt 2 tsp

Marination

  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Thick yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Black salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Red food color 1/3 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp

Preparation

  1. Cut chicken into bog chunks and add water, salt and vinegar to it.
  2. Mix and Soak for 30 minutes.
  3. After 30 minutes, wash thoroughly.
  4. Add all the ingredients of marination to the chicken pieces.
  5. Mix well and marinate for at least an hour or preferably overnight.
  6. To cook the chicken, put the pieces in a pan and cook on high flame on both sides.
  7. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
