Crispy Potato Fingers

Ingredients

Potato Fingers

  • Boiled Potatoes 5 medium
  • Corn flour 4-5 tbsp heaped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Dried parsley or freshly chopped coriander leaves without stems
  • Oil for deep frying

Spicy Tangy Sauce

  • Ketchup 4 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Mustard 1 tsp

Preparation

  1. Potato Fingers: Mash the boiled and peeled potatoes.
  2. Add corn flour salt, black pepper and dried parsley or fresh coriander.
  3. Mix well and shape into 1.5 cm thick sticks
  4. Heat oil on a medium to low flame.
  5. Place the sticks in oil and fry at a medium to low flame until golden on the outside.
  6. Take out and serve immediately with Spicy tangy sauce.
  7. Spicy Tangy Sauce: Mix everything and serve with the potato fingers
