Imli aur Podina Spicy Chutney (Minty Tamarind Sauce)

Ingredients

  • Imli (Tamarind) 250 grams
  • Fresh mint leaves 1 cup
  • Garlic cloves 2
  • Green chilies 1-2
  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

 

Prepration

  1. Soak tamarind in water until soft. Remove the seeds from the pulp.
  2. Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste.
  3. Enjoy with snacks.
