Knorr Soup ki Copy “Corn Soup”

Ingredients

  • Corn 1/2 cup for corn paste
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 3 tbsp
  • Garlic 3 cloves chopped
  • Corn – 1/4 cup
  • Carrot 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Peas, beans 1/4 cup
  • Coloured bell peppers 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Aata (wheat flour 1.5 tbsp
  • Onion powder 1/2 tsp
  • Milk 2 cups
  • water as needed
  • Chicken cube 1 (already has salt therefore I didn’t add more salt)
  • Garnish with dried parsley/ coriander and fresh spring onion

Preparation

  1. Blend 1/2 cup corn kernels with little water to make thick paste. Keep aside.
  2. Heat butter and oil and add chopped onion and garlic to it. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Add 1/4 cup corn, carrot, peas, beans, bell peppers and saute until vibrant in color.
  4. Add wheat flour, onion powder, chicken cube and 1/2 cup of milk. Mix until there are no lumps of wheat flour.
  5. Add the rest of the milk and allow to cook on low until the soup thickens.
  6. Garnish with parsley, coriander and spring onions.
  7. Enjoy!
