No Cook Mango Ice Cream – Ready in 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • Mangoes 2 big (I used sindhi)
  • Whipping cream (unsweetened) 250 ml
  • Condensed milk 3 tbsp (or powdered sugar)
  • Yellow food color as needed
  • Milk powder 3-4 tbsp (for a thick consistency)

Preparation

  1. Peel the mangoes and put them in a blender and blend to a smooth puree.
  2. Take out in a bowl and add whipping cream.
  3. Whish using a hand whisk for 5-7 minutes until mixture fluffs up a little. No need to whisk too much.
  4. Add condensed milk, yellow food color and mix.
  5. Lastly add 3 tbsp of milk powder and whisk. Check for the consistency of the mixture. It should look like melted ice cream. Add 1 mote tbsp if needed.
  6. Pour into the ice cream moulds and freeze.
  7. Enjoy!
