Cream Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

  • Uncooked pasta 1.5 Packet (600 grams)
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Onions 2 medium, chopped
  • Garlic 4 cloves, chopped
  • Boneless chicken 200 grams, chopped into tiny pieces
  • Chicken cubes 2
  • Tomato paste 1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Water as needed
  • Salt if needed (chicken cubes already contain enough salt)
  • White pepper as needed
  • Oregano 1 tsp

Preparation

  1. Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain the water and set aside.
  2. Heat butter in a pot and add onions and garlic. Sauté for a minute and add boneless chicken pieces. Stir fry until fully cooked.
  3. Add chicken cubes and tomato paste. Cook for few minutes on low heat.
  4. Keep the flame very low and add fresh cream. Mix and add water as needed to make a thick gravy.
  5. Add salt, pepper and oregano. Mix.
  6. Lastly, add the pasta, mix, cover and allow to cook on lowest flame (dum) for 7-10 minutes.

  • Add chicken cubes and tomato paste. Cook for few minutes on low heat.
