Creamy Chicken Salad Cones

Ingredients

  • Tortillas 4
  • Whisked egg for coating
  • White Sesame seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Black sesame seeds 1/2 tsp (or nigella/ajwain)
  • Chicken 150 grams, boiled and shredded
  • Ketchup 3 tsp
  • Mustard paste 2 tsp
  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • Black olives 2 tbsp
  • Grated cucumber 2 tbsp
  • Grated cucumber for topping

Preparation

  1. Cut tortilla into half and roll into a cone, secure with toothpicks.
  2. Place in a baking tray, coat with whisked egg, sprinkle sesame seeds and bake in the oven at 220°C for 3-4 minutes or until crunchy. Take out and keep aside.
  3. In a moxing bowl, add chicken, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard paste, salt, black pepper, olives and a 2 tbsp cucumbers. Mix and fill in the cones
  4. Dip the cones in the grated cucumber as shown in the video.
  5. Enjoy!
