McDonald’s Mc Nuggets

Ingredients

Nuggets

  • Chicken mince 750 grams, cold
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp heaped
  • Whisked egg, 1/2
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Coating 1

  • Corn flour 1/2 cup

Coating 2

  • Plain flour 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp heaped
  • Salt 3/4 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp or more
  • Gralic powder 3/4 tsp
  • Onion powder 3/4 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp heaped
  • Water as needed

Preparation

  1. Nuggets: To the chicken mince, add salt, egg and corn flour. Mix well.
  2. Apply oil on hands, shape the nuggets and place on a tray line with baking paper.
  3. Freeze until the nuggets are hard (1-2 hours minimum).
  4. Coating: In a small bowl, add plain flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, onion powder and mustard paste.
  5. Add water and mix well to make a thin coating. Thivk coating will not go well in this recipe. Please check the video for the consistency.
  6. Heat oil for deep frying/shallow frying the nuggets.
  7. Take the frozen nuggets out, coat in corn flour (coating 1) and then dip in coating 2.
  8. Fry in hot oil until chicken is cooked through and the coating is light golden in color.
  9. Take out and Enjoy Mc Donald’s Mc Nuggets with ketchup!
