Ingredients
- Cauliflower 1 small head
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
- Ginger chopped 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder to taste
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
- Chopped fresh coriander 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 1-2, chopped
Preparation
- Grate the cauliflower head into fine grains using a manual grater or an electric chopper.
- In a frying pan, add oil and sauté ginger and garlic paste on low flame to avoid the spluttering.
- Add the grated cauliflower, chopped ginger, salt, red chili, turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder and cumin powder.
- Cover and cook on low flame for 5-8 minutes until the cauliflower is cooked.
- Now turn the flame to medium and stir fry until all the moisture has evaporated
