Healthy Chocolate Oats Cereal

Ingredients

  • Instant oats 1.5 cup (like quaker oats)
  • Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
  • Honey 6 tbsp
  • Peanut butter 5 tbsp

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven at 160°C using upper and lower rods.
  • oats to a blender and blender into fine powder.
  • Transfer to a bowl and add cocoa powder. Mix.
  • Add peanut butter and honey. Knead into dough.
  • Add 4-5 tsp of water to soften the dough.
  • NOTE: Dough should be soft like play dough.
  • Roll the dough into roti like thin sheets.
  • Cut into small cubes (1 cm square cubes).
  • Arrange the cubes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 10 minutes.
  • Allow to cool to room temperature.
  • Transfer to an airtight container.
  • Serve with warm milk topped with fruit.
  • Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 3 weeks. enjoy!
