Potato Cutlets in Bell Peppers

Ingredients

  • Red bell peppers 2, big size
  • Boiled Potatoes 3 medium sized
  • Mint/chili paste 3 tbsp (I used frozen cubes) you can just chop chilies and mint and add
  • Onion 2 tbsp, chopped
  • Red tomato puree 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chat Masala 1 tsp full
  • Chopped carrots 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1

Preparation

  1. Remove the bell pepper seeds and cut them into 1 cm thick rings. Keep aside.
  2. In a bowl, mash the potatoes and add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Oil a frying pan and place pepper rings on it.
  4. Fill them with the mixture and cook on low flame on both sides until golden.
  5. Enjoy with chutney!
